Better than most
This property has been better than most. It has its value in many areas but it definitely isn't perfect. It has had issues in the office area sometimes with communication and understanding. But that wasn't a huge problem. The maintenance has always been on top of most work orders. So no serious complaints. We have been living at this property for 4 years now.
