Residents at The Wendell appreciate the professional and helpful staff, the beautiful views and well-maintained grounds, and the array of amenities offered at competitive prices. Best Place I've Ever Lived!!

After shopping MANY apartment communities in Hilliard & Dublin, I felt like the staff at The Wendell were the most professional, trustworthy, helpful with options, and SO nice. Much more amenities at competative prices. I have lived here several months and have to say it is outstanding! Especially if you are looking within the Hilliard or Dublin area. The views and grounds are beautiful. I cancelled my gym membership as we have a state of the art fitness facility here. My favorite is the pool, swim up island, grill & fire pits!

For the most part things are great here. We have a had a number of issues with out dryer and our circuit breaker but outside of that it is very peaceful here. The residents here are very friendly. The staff is very professional and answer us back promptly if we ever have any concerns. We love the layout of our home and the location.

I really love my apartment. Location is great and it's quiet which is a huge improvement over some of the other places I've been. The pool is kind of small, as is the exercise room, but that's not a deal breaker. I wish there was more cleaning done to the breezeways between units.
