Anonymous on Oct 31, 2023I have overall liked living her, I have struggled being by the pool with the noise in the summer so keep that in mind on what unit you picked. I have also had some trouble with the noise since there are so many units right next to each other. The size for the price is great, having a basement and a back patio has been amazing and is what really pulled me in. They have gone through 3 managers but the most current one seems to be working hard to improve the the grounds which is nice.

The inside of the homes are very nice and spacious, and the outside has a private patio and backyard with a walk trail around the entire complex!

Anonymous on Oct 24, 2022The rudest staff you will find apartments need updating. Carpet is old and nasty. They try to clean it but its just sticky and gross move to the nicer and newer complexes even if the ppl are rude at least the apartment makes up for it

Cost of rent has almost doubled since we moved in...would like for it to stay as low as possible, as we are on a fixed monthly income. The only real complaint we have is the current parking of big rigs...it does nothing for the look of the property and not fair to residents, especially those that are complaining about parking issues.
