We love living here. We are located in Marion, Ohio. But the staff communicate well, and Maintenence get out fast. Kiralynn is easy to work with. She stays on top of stuff. And she communicates well. We wish Our rent wouldnt go up every year. Im 38 years old. I live alot of places for 5 years or more. Never had rent raised ever whenwe signed leases. 4 years ago we were at 875$, then 999$, then our third year was 1131$, now our 4th year is 1279$. I take care of 2 children, a sick mother, and My brother passed away from a overdose in 2017, so i help with his kids too. Having a little extra money helps. But overall the Neighbors are nice. Everyone is quiet and Dont bother anyone else. Thanks!!
