I absolutely love the staff at our location. Very quick ro respond and help. My only issue is it takes months for the parts to come for maintenance to fix.

My thoughts

I wish Things could be more relaxed like letting us have small grills that must be registered in front office. I wish things were not so strict with what's in our windows or the color of our window drapes. I wish they would do more around the grounds and put time into the land scape. There is lots of holes and spots that flood. I wish they would stay on top of work calls when there is thigs going on at a unit. I wish they wouldn't be cheap and not be willing to buy new things for a unit instead if waiting for 4-8 weeks for one part then it not work and the process start all over again. I wish we could set up a program to keep kids and people safe. I personally am not a perfect person but I really do not think its cool how much speeding goes on in here or the amount of traffic in and out all the time guest need to park up front. I wish we all would have a working hose connection in the back, because mine hasn't worked since I moved in in 2021.

I love living here since it is so close to my kids' school. I struggle with parking. It appears that there are several cars that are broke down that take up prime parking spots-especially for those who have kids. Carrying in groceries and bookbags can be a hassle when you can't park close to your door.
