Beautiful view of the lake, and nice affordable place! My only real complaint is the parking situation. Its annoying having to drive up a curb half the time when I'm parking.

1. Due to the fact that the apartments were built so long ago and not updated, there continue to be repair/maintenance issues throughout. 2. Due to not enough staff, things aren’t taken care if in a timely manner and residents are threatened with fines for calling in a maintenance issue more than once when it’s nit taken carr if. 3. Also because they were built at a time when many people rode the bus or only had ine car per family, the parking is a problem with people continually parking in NON marked spots making it not only difficult to get in and out of the proper spots, but also dangerous ESPECIALLY during the winter months when snow is not removed from the parking lot due to not enough room to plow and not enough staff to manage such a large property.

Been here a few years. The view is beautiful and sunsets across the lake are mesmerizing. Honestly its a lot of value living here with the lake, the tow path, and local establishments. The staff is friendly, helpful, and kind. They are easy to talk to. Maintenance is handled by some pretty awesome guys who are quick and efficient. My neighbors are also amazing, no issues with noise. No issues with lost or stolen packages, everyone is very respectful. Like i said its been a few years and honestly I would be hard pressed to find a better place to live.
