There room for improvement

Not bad place to live but the apartment la needs to upgrade from 80s wood doors and need to remove carpet from the living room.

Never ending rent prices

I hate the fact rent goes up every year. Im not satisfied being subjected paying trash and sewer, but, water is okay. Overall too small of an apartment to be this costly. One thousand plus for a one bedroom is a bit much. You guys need to stay at one price.
