The place it ok the maintenance be take forever to fix things also the rules change when I live here I been here for 8 years I was always allow to park my truck on the side until new management change the rules.

Not worth the money for the size, appliances, sewer, administration, trash, and water entirely too high. My water bill use to be $50 plus now its $100 plus. Im glad i do not have to deal with Buckeye Watet anymore and all of your fees.

Too much geese feces in parking area and near your cars, and grass. Too many breaking in cars and supposedly cameras install.

Very nice place to to stay but needs update apartments to modern look. Wood doors looks so 70s.
