Lived here for 3 years and it's always been a good experience. Maintenance orders are processed quickly within a couple of days and the amenities are good.

Just moved in. It's a little close to the highway, so that comes with noise. Office staff are nice, but should probably be a little more organized. The price is all right, but to be honest I don't think any rent price is reasonable in this economy. Amenities are nice, although I wish they had a barbell in the gym and some plates. Beautiful resident peacock, although I don't know if he has shelter or a regular feeding schedule :( The ponds and waterfowl are a big bonus too, and makes up for the proximity to the highway. It's easy to get to grocery stores and on the highway, which is nice. I haven't had any experiences with maintenance yet, but we found some structural flaws in our unit after a heavy rain storm, hence my lukewarm rating.
