Garbage collection needs to be figured out. Present arrangement is not working. Tennants should take their wastebags to the dumpster. leaving it outside the door exposes the area to stench especially at weekends. I dispose of my trash directly into the dupster.

Apartment is great, the only negative is parking, there is only six spots for each building when there are twelve apartments that can have two cars each. The math is not adding up. They handed out permit parking but that is not enforced nor does it add spots.

I can never get anyone on the phone to answer calls, nor am I able to get a response via email. When I attempt to stop by, no on is in office. Parking is scarce, as other complex park in our lot despite not having parkign stickers. The Pool was not opened on time - majority of the summer. The entire 4th of July weekend - it was closed for no reason. If it is open, it is filthy. The Pool water was green and foamy - never clean and the filters were never on in the pool - it quite literally looked like a cesspool.
