My girlfriend and I have been in our Brook Lane unit for one month now, and the only complaint I have is regarding the parking spaces. There are plenty of them, however they are really tight fits and honestly requires some skill to successfully pull in/out of one. Additionally, the parking block for every single one of them are too high, and within a few times of parking, the bumper of my car ultimately gave out, latched on to one, and popped off of my car. Preferably, the blocks would be shorter.

Propery isnt bad overall. Hate the fact that theres only one dumpster on and it’s constantly broken. Also would lile some form of security to help with break-ins.

I have had nothing but absolute amazing customer service and help . The fact that Sharon was beyond helpful and informative, she was the kindess person ive met while trying to find a new home. It helps so much having someone welcoming during what can be a stressful time!

If you are looking to move somewhere where you feel valued, Brook Lane is the Place, the new manager and her assistant are fantastic, their maintenance team really care about you and your home and fix issues quickly. They have really cleaned up the property from past management.
