Propery isnt bad overall. Hate the fact that theres only one dumpster on and it’s constantly broken. Also would lile some form of security to help with break-ins.

If you are looking to move somewhere where you feel valued, Brook Lane is the Place, the new manager and her assistant are fantastic, their maintenance team really care about you and your home and fix issues quickly. They have really cleaned up the property from past management.

Great place to live but rent is way to outrageous for a apartment. Also homeless people live in the hallways of the apartment. There is electric heating so utilities cost slot. For a 1 bed room it’s not worth it. There is also no way to get out of the lease if needed to. No buy out packages
