Pet rent is $40 per month, per pet. Also, fish tanks are permitted on the first floor of apartment buildings only and must be under 40 gallons.

The Attleigh has been so good to my significant other and I. Since day one they have been so flexible, honest, and compassionate. They help so quickly everytime there is an issue, and also make things like signing a lease and requesting maintenance so easy. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE!

Good apartment

I have lived here back in 2019 then moved back at the end of 2020. It’s been a good place to call home for me. I haven’t had a problem with the leasing staff or the maintenance people. To make this an honest review tho, note i hardly have issues so i rarely need to speak to someone but when i do they have always helped me quickly. Every time i’ve put in a work order it gets completed fast. There are some negative issues such as noise as the walls are thin (but that comes with apartment living) and issues with packages getting delivered (ex; fedex, amazon, uber eats). Sometimes they will be delivered to the wrong door but a simple walk to the neighboring building and I can usually find it. Also, the blinds in my living room have a tendency to get messed up ?? for me they have fell apart but I’m sure I can just get them replaced for a fee. Overall I enjoy living here, especially with the pool and the gym. Also they built that side road so now it makes leaving the complex a lot easier ????

Excellent service

We enjoy living at the Attleigh. The apartments compare well to others in the area, and the amenities are great. What sets the Attleigh apart is their customer service. The tour we’ve received before moving in was leagues better than their competitors, and the service we’ve since received from Alli and Nathan is spot on. In every interaction we’ve observed they are kind and professional, always seeking to go the extra mile, and you can tell they care. When issues arise the maintenance team gets the job done well in a timely manner. We gladly recommend the Attleigh as a great place to live if you are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in the area.

The staff always gets all my problems solved, quickly! The maintenance team is knowledgeable and prompt. They changed my refrigerator in the middle of the night; at my request. Everyone is always smiling in the lobby and office.

As I approach 4 months of complaining about an incessantly beeping fire alarm in another apartment that keeps me from sleeping at night in my own bedroom, relegating me to sleep in the living room, the staff seems powerless or unmotivated to rectify the situation, leaving me to escalate the matter to corporate. I don't want sympathy. I want results.
