This complex really cares about its property. It is clean, plenty of parking, and very quiet. Great school district and close to shops and restaurants. I really love it here!

We have been at Rosebrook Village for 15 years now. No real complaints at all. The office staff and maintenance are always pleasant and very helpful. Cost of rent has almost doubled since we moved in...would like for it to stay as low as possible, as we are on a fixed monthly income. The only real complaint we have is the current parking of big rigs...it does nothing for the look of the property and not fair to residents, especially those that are complaining about parking issues.

This is my first apartment and it has been a great experience! The maintenance department works very fast to fix things. I feel safe here.
