Apt bldg. & complex needs updated for the health & safety of the residences. Better lighting around the complex, new windows, an extra waste dumpster. better quality carpet or none at all. It's sad that amenities have been stripped for your residents. We should not have to pay monthly to utilize gym and pool. There are no amenities with this company. Maintenance has improved in some areas. Grab and go breakfast is always appreciated, thank you.
