The area is quiet Not a lot of noise Can hear your neighbors but it’s an apartment. Off the freeway and still quite Rent cost is decent

Do not be surprised if your rental application is denied for bogus reasons and your deposit is kept.

I’ve lived here for about 6 to 7 years. It used to be so quiet. Now there’s a lot of traffic going in and out of peoples apartments.
