There are beautiful ponds with fountains and a small swimming pool to be used during the hot summer months. Nestled in the wetlands you have plenty of woodland animals to brighten your spirits. Overall nice floor plan one floor with a attached garage. Downfall is rent has increased over $300 since moving in which is ridiculous. the anticipated Intel coming is hiking up rental pricing however Intel is on hold and the project may not even be completed so they should lower pricing to meet the real market value.
