Decent Place

The place is decent. But you have to watch them, because they will charge you for not having renters insurance, even when you do, and even when you have the proof sent to them. They can simply claim they never got it, charge you $50, and refuse to waive the $50 fee.

Tour actual apartment before move in

Tour your actual apartment before you move in. My apartment building had a funny SMELL and there was water LEAKING in the basement where my washer and dryer was supposed to be. I asked to fix it etc . Long story short I ended up with a utility bill for a place I never moved in nor had the key. I was ok with the $200 since they told me it was non refundable but for me to pay for utility bill doesn't make sense. If you don want to be in my situation stay far away from them. I have emails ,texts and the utility bill as proof.

Living here is fine.

I've lived here since May, 2017, and I have had only one complaint with management--and that is I didn't pay my rent on time due to an oversight and got fined 100 dollars. That was my fault, but I felt I should get some slack for I always pay when my Social Security clears, and I had Google records showing I went on Rent Cafe at 3:22 AM on the date my SS came. Anyway no loud music for the most [art and people are friendly. I am pretty much involved online and like my privacy, so this place is great for me.

Glad I live here

I have been a resident here since 2017, and have had good experience with my neighbors and residents in my unit. The physical plant (ie., heater/AC etc.,) is kept in great shape, and when I have had issues in the past years, every effort was made to correct the problem in a timely manner. Staff are friendly and the property is kept in very good shape visually as well as being supplied with great trees and lawn areas.
