I've just renewed my lease for another year and I've got to say every one of my expectations was blown out of the water. Dayton isn't always the best place to live and for its location Wyoming Hills is rather quiet. I've never had an issue with any of my neighbors, and I've always appreciated the staff here. What few staff there is has always been cordial, polite, and extremely helpful in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Wyoming Hills.

I have lived here for almost a year and I love it! The apartment is just the right size for me and is close to almost everything. The parking is a little congested at times but the property manager sends out emails to residents if there is an issue. The maintenance is awesome. They keep up the apartments and the grounds beautifully and they will get to you asap if there is a problem. The property manager is new but she takes care of any problems you might have. I think it is a great place to live and I plan on staying for awhile. washer and dryer is an added bonus to!

Everything is fantastic and the staff here is very friendly and gets the job done quickly. They also answer our concerns when needed, which isn’t a lot but it’s good that they’re there. We’ve never had any problem with neighbors or the neighborhood.
