Place is awesome. improvements the new owners are doing is making it more comfortable and beautiful. Cant wait to see what they do next
When I first moved in rent was a little over $500 a month it has more than doubled for a new apartment now. They have absolutely done some very nice renovations to the apartments, the pool and general landscaping, Projects ongoing. The place is nice and well located (A township, no city tax!) But most of what I value about the place was there when I moved in years ago.
Decent place to live, great pricing, friendly staff. I suck at leaving reviews so.. Definitely a nice apartment.
Centered in the middle of the community, for a very quiet atmosphere from the city noises! Having a great manager on the premises!
