Lived here almost 2 years. The prices recently jumped to unreasonable amounts. Neighbors are noisy, can hear people stomping up and down the stairs all of the time. On site staff is generally helpful, but maintenance does a questionable job sometimes. The internet service is very slow; we paid Spectrum extra to have our own service separate from the apartment's service. Parking is hard to find if you get home after 5:15pm, people like to park in unmarked parts of the lot as well.

This is a great location and nice apartment for the price. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and prompt to resolve any issues. Quiet neighborhood. Close to multiple groceries, libraries, schools, parks, and two YMCAs. The only amenity is onsite laundry for those who do not have in-unit laundry. I do wish there was a playground and/or swimming pool. Still highly recommend!

They have absolutely done some very nice renovations to the apartments, the pool and general landscaping, Projects ongoing. The place is nice and well located (A township, no city tax!) But most of what I value about the place was there when I moved in years ago.

We've been living here for several years, and truthfully it's been one of the best apartment experience we've ever had. It has a beautiful view of a quarry, a great beach and pool, and the office staff are exceptionally kind and willing to go out of their way to help the tenants.
