Price is a little high for an outdated unit, can here almost everything going on in the surrounding units. Parking can be a pain to deal with.

Good Location for the Price!

I have overall liked living her, I have struggled being by the pool with the noise in the summer so keep that in mind on what unit you picked. I have also had some trouble with the noise since there are so many units right next to each other. The size for the price is great, having a basement and a back patio has been amazing and is what really pulled me in. They have gone through 3 managers but the most current one seems to be working hard to improve the the grounds which is nice.
