My husband and I moved into Marysville Flats in March 2025. If you are looking for a rental agency with good communication & staff who care about their residents this is NOT the place! The most recent issue we’ve had is coming home Sunday night to a note on my husbands truck informing us that if the vehicle is not moved by 9:30 the next morning (before their opening hours) that it would be towed because his tire was over the white parking line in a large lot with 25+ open parking spaces. Here’s the facts: •We are required to add our vehicle description and license plate number to our resident portal upon move in, so they could’ve easily found out whose vehicle it was. •He drives a GMC Sierra 2500 lifted truck and it currently doesn’t start due to the fuel pump going out. •The part alone to fix his truck is $700+. •We’re both federal employees (the staff is aware of this) who were affected my the government shutdown of not being paid for over a month, so money was tight, therefore fixing the truck had to wait. As expected my husband was not able to push the truck on his own. We did not receive an email, a message in the resident portal, a phone call, or any verbal communication to ensure we were aware or for us to even explain the situation. We leave for work at 5am so we could not visit the office, so we attempted to call them all day Monday and left multiple voicemails. We never got an answer or a call back. We arrived home Monday evening and his truck was gone. No phone call, note on the door or mailbox, nothing to even inform us of where it was towed to. At this point the disappointment of how they treat their residents is no longer surprising. The staff seem nice until you sign the lease. There has been issues from the very start. We had to have them edit our welcome letter twice because they input a larger amount than discussed to be paid upon move in; and then applied a larger balance to our account that they said could not be edited and had to be pai

Anyone, like myself, with kids under 15ish(?) need to be located on the bottom floor. We have kids above us that run and jump, and jump and run. That's literally all they do... You can tell they are jumping off beds, etc. It's fairly constant until about 11-1130pm. If the parents don't have enough courtesy/sense to keep the kids from doing it, then I think management should consider requiring families with younger children to be located on the first floors.

Lived here for about a year. Liked it a lot. Very safe and clean area and have to worry very little about the community. One of the best spot in Marysville for the newer complex.
