The apartments at Austin Manor have character, like the building. The units and the building are well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Austin Manor is in a beautiful and convenient location where many destinations in Delaware can be easily reached by walking or bicycling. There is also plenty of parking.

Overall, Georgetown Village Seniors is excellent. Staff is great. I don't know why, but when the new parking lot was lined, the resident parking, facing the building, on the north side is narrower than the other 3 parking rows. There are 4 handicap parking slots but that doesn't make any difference. The van parking is incorrectly labeled on 2 of them; the wide are should be on the right side of the van. Just needs 2 "Van Parking" signs switched. Those spaces are ok for width, just the other Resident spaces need widened a few inches to match the other resident, and guest, spaces. Thank you, Tom Other than that, pretty good.. Oh, we do miss our staff here, very seldom see them, but I'm not here all the time, so maybe that is just me.
