Maintenance is great. I wish we had some amenities for everything we have to pay here. More dumpsters is needed.

Better then most

Silver Maple is located in a very quite area of town, centrally located and easy to get to grocery, just about anything you need is within 2 miles of the community. The staff here are at the top of my list with getting things fixed in an exceptionally timely manner, with no questions asked. If your looking for a nice, quite location and are a people person try Silver Maple Communities in Delaware, they pleased me and I'm not a easily pleased person. Thanks to Holly and Jasmine for all there very hard work, keep it up.
