First apartments can be quite scary, but Muirwood Village has managed to take those worries away.
Home Sweet Home
I want to take a second to give thank you shout out to Mrs Michelle & Mrs Tara for taking time with me. I am hearing impaired. When communication is a problem, I get frustrated and walk out b4 anxiety kicks in. They are nice, caring & well versed with extraordinary Disability Etiquette. The rental office is clean & smells fresh. I feel safe & peaceful in my new home. Maintenance is prompt. Landscaping is beautiful. All i ask is that you continue to take excellent care of Mrs Michelle & Mrs Tara so they can continue to take excellent care of tenants like myself. Teamwork makes the dream work. Quiet Safe Peaceful
From the time I walked in rental office I felt a welcoming atmosphere. I am hearing Impaired Mrs Michelle and Mrs Tara were patient with me. Neither of them lack Disability Etiquette. Quiet and affordable
I was pleasantly surprised to find a moderately ecent apartment in a quiet community so close to work thatndixmtn When a plumbing issue arose just after move-in, maintenance staff cropped up, ot right on it. Despite taking pains to accommodate my oddball work schedule. Ultimately, more extensive repairs were required, making the apartment unlivable. The lease ease office called while I was at work and left me a message saying they booked and paib hotel for me close to work, and that I could grab essentials from the apartment after work then head straight to the hotel. Over priced
I've lived here 7 yrs. The rents are raised about $40 a month each year. I pay FAR more rent than what is listed for a 1 bdrm. These are NOT low income! I can't afford to move. Bc they keep raising the rent so much, once you're here you're stuck. I'm on disability, if it weren't for family being able to help me I'd never be able to afford it. No updates in 7 years. Bc Delaware rents are so high, I had to stay here or be homeless. So many people living here are in the same position. I can say, it's a very quiet, safe area. Maintenance is completed timely. Trash pickup is questionable. Never know when overflowing dumpsters will be emptied. I would move if I could.
