Great Apartments

I've lived at The Renaissance for a couple of years and I highly recommend it. The location is very central only a short walk from the Banks and OTR and with easy access to the bus and tram systems. The building is very well maintained and the office and maintenance staff are all helpful and responsive. The roof top garden, gym and common room are all excellent additional amenities.

Great central apartment

I have live at Rennaisance for just over a year. The apartment block is in a great downtown location, only a short walk or tram ride from everything the Banks and OTR have to offer and minutes from the major local highways by car. The amenitites are very good with well maintained communal areas and a very pleasant rooftop deck. The staff are always very proactive and responsive to enquiries.
