This is the second apartment I’ve lived at in the last 3 years and honestly I could hardly be happier. The rent is a bit steep, I will admit, but maintenance is extremely prompt and lowkey, neighbors are awesome, and management/admin is never in your business. Not to mention the property is very pet friendly, though there HAVE been issues with pet waste cleanup lately apparently… But we plan on renewing our lease in the next few months! Everyone here is great !

We have lived here for almost 2 years and really enjoy it. The pool is always clean, and the pool table and ping-pong table are nice to be able to use whenever we want. Our apartment has 9 foot tall ceilings and stainless steel appliances that all match. We have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a walking shower in the master bath. The mater bedroom has a huge closet with plenty of space, and the guest bedroom has a decent size closet in it. The kitchen and livingroom are an open concept so you don't feel closed off when you're in the kitchen. We have a laundry closet right next to the kitchen which is placed in a nice convenient location. We love that your main door goes out into an outdoor hallway, so there no stinkiny carpeting out there, either wood or concrete floors. Our porch can fit 4 to 5 people comfortably and is a decent size. But to be honest, the best perk about living here is the valet garbage that's gets picked up at your door 5 nights a week!!!
