It's good but needs work

Needs more updating and a little bigger pool area for how large the residency they have at the apartment complex and they definitely need a play area for the kids because they play out in the parking area and it's very hard due to all the noise from the kids playing around the cars

Not the greatest, unfortunately.

Office staff has an attitude. Maintenance response time is great, but whatever they fix, just breaks again. Leads me to believe the appliances in the apartments need to be updated. Noise level is really bad during the warmer months because of all the people with sports cars hanging out at Sheetz. Really oy living here because of the school district at this point. People leave a lot of junk out on their front steps.
