Pretty Scenery, Bad Management

Have lived here two years and I can say I do appreciate the gorgeous landscaping and beautiful upkeep of the area. Maintenance is also always very responsive and quick. Units, while on the older side are renovated and mostly soundproof. However, all these positives are under the shadow of a management that is very non-transparent about discrepancies in rental rates (discovered I am paying alot more a month than most of my neighbors for the same unit and even had larger unexplained rate hikes), dishonest about perks (they claimed they would provide a reward for referrals, never saw one and neither did the person who referred me), and sometimes disrespectful when communicating with residents (like sending passive aggressive messages) over really petty issues that could easily be sorted out with a quick conversation. I hope they get the sense to correct their behavior because they bring down what is a decent community to live in.

Nice Place

I have enjoyed living at the enclave for the time frame that ive been here. Staff is very nice and helpful. Everyone always seems happy to see eachother and talk. Definitely on the expensive side of apartments. Rent is getting increased and in my opinion is a bit high. Can get the same type of setup with more square footage for $400 less elsewhere.

Great place to live

The Enclave is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's close to everything you could need in the area without being right on top of it, and its quiet and serene. The clubhouse is also great and the apartments are cozy and cute.
