I have lived here for almost a year and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The management team does a lot to make this feel like a community and I love their events!

While the regular staff and maintenance crew are excellent, the contractors which they hired to perform the remodels 2022 into 2023 are an absolute joke. I moved from an pre-remodel unit into a recently remodeled unit two months ago - and it has been a nonstop disappointment. *Appliances not installed correctly: Microwave wasn't vented - Dishwasher is so crooked it leaks, and has a giant gap next to it. *Electrical re-wire in kitchen with tiny breakers, ensuring that you can't run any counter top appliances. *Plumbing not sealed when new shower was installed - spraying water all over the inside of the wall - had to be torn out, fixed, and new dry wall put up. *Towel rack fell off the wall just by touching it - was installed with SILICONE sealant - not proper drywall anchors. *New tub installed with a crack in it. *Several light switches installed sloppy or cracked *All of the handles and hinges in kitchen cabinets were sloppy or crooked. And just recently I've started noticing water in the kitchen floor - no idea what's leaking or what that will take to get fixed... All in all - don't move into one of these newly remodeled units. And if you do, go over every inch of everything in great detail before hand....I regret that I didn't.
