The office staff and maintenance have been extremely helpful and kind. I like being near a school and a park. My apartment is affordable and in good condition. On the rare occasion a neighbor can get rowdy, but overall it's a clean, safe place to live.

I've been here for about 8 years or so now, and I like it. It's fairly quiet with good neighbors. It's not far from the bus line or neighborhood stores. And my side is nice and shady.

Been here for a year and a half and have no complaints. Apartments are efficient and nice. One aspect i love about living here is that it allows you to live comfortably while saving for your next move. With rents so high every where else this place is truly a blessing. All staff has always been nice. Maintenance is amazing. The security officers in the cars they have drive around to make sure everyone is safe is really nice. They always smile and waving to me and my kids. They offer a sense of safety I appreciate.
