Living on the property

No real complaints, maintenance is kinda slow but parts take longer to get now, new neighbors are loud at night but thats to be expected in an apartment complex.

worth the price for what you get

Title says it all, you get more than you pay for. The grounds are fairly clean, neighbors can be hot or miss but mine are usually quiet, maintenence responds quickly, and all this for a fair price. I know some apartments here are better than others but I love mine especially at itd price point
