2 week turnaround to get approval for my first apartment. Easy and great communication with the leasing Agent. Nice cozy little apartment needed for in a pinch and close to work. The apartment was clean upon entering and I did get to pick my favorite out of the several thag were showed that day. Moved in the following day.

This complex is full of loud viechels at night and loud neighbors you cannot get no sleep on the weekends kids running up and down the walk way with schooters I can hear it in my apartment and feel the vibrations on the ground neighbors don't mind there business it's a lot of weed smokers everywhere neighbors look in your windows windows so its no privacy maintenance don't fix nothing so they can get your security deposit when you move if there's other options wait them out or take them 700 a month for a 1 bed room is bullshit

the building I live in is clearly falling apart. It also happens to be the maintenance building and they haven’t really done anything about it.
