I have beennhere for a year now. And while there are some noise issues they are from the neighborhood at large. Not the apartments themselves. Maintenance is quick, and o. Top of issues as soon as they are noted, the office staff is absolutely amazing and the value is really great. The one bedroom apartments really are perfect for one person. Or a couple starting, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to find a decent place.
