I've lived here for almost 20 years. It is quiet and out the way, yet close to the highway. The amenities far surpass the price. And the neighbors are mainly families or retirees. And I am close to a lot of restaurants, auto shops, car washes, dentists, salons, grocery stores, etc. It is super convenient living out here.

The prices of these properties can't be beat. That being said, there are a few drawbacks. Maintenance seems a bit less than enthusiastic to come out and fix things. And the emergency after-hours hotline does not respond--at all. But the place is pretty quiet for the most part. and the scenery is nice around the lake. I do wish that the address numbers on the buildings were illuminated so that people can see at night. There are lots of buildings, and it is easy to get lost here.

I have lived here since June of 2023 and overall it has been a great experience. Anytime I need maintenance they come out quick and get things resolved. Vanessa in the office is great, always pleasant and helpful. No real amenities at these apartments, but the lake is beautiful and everything you need is close by. Very affordable and honestly loving it.

for the square footage and amenities, it is quite a deal. the maintenance is lacking sometimes in response to emergencies and whatnot.

Been here for years. Quiet and out the way. Maintenance can be lacking at times. The emergency, after hours hotline is a waste of time. But the apt is super cheap for its size and amenities.
