I have lived here for only a month and it has been great. I love the high ceilings and large windows. Chill neighbors and good central location for biking, bussing, and walking.

I recently moved into an older one-bedroom apartment in this complex, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with my experience. While the unit itself is small and shows its age, it offers a cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The price point is reasonable, especially given its proximity to downtown; I can easily access all the shops and restaurants without the hustle and bustle right outside my door. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus for someone like me who appreciates a peaceful living environment. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option that doesn’t compromise on location, this apartment complex is definitely worth considering. It’s not perfect, but for the price, it provides good value and a comfortable living space.

I have lived in Somerset apartments for 6years and i still enjoy living there. i have had the chance to interact with good staff/maintenance.

I like my place makes me feel like I am safe the staff is great and get things done. and during the winter months the parking lot is plow I have live here for about almost 5 yrs and love it here

I have enjoyed living at Aire MSP since i moved in iver a year ago. Great location, staff, and amenities, among other things.

I moved to the Aire MSP apartments a little over a year ago and just recently renewed my lease. The staff in the leasing office is very helpful and on top of everything. I never have to wait long if i need maintenace, and its very unique how quiet and peaceful my unit stays. The amenities our top notch anywhere from the game room to the quiet lounges and the unique bar and grill thats just an elevator ride away. Would recommend to anyone whos in need of an apartment!!

Location and price for this place is good. Management has been doing a good job communicating and helping those in need of assistance. I love the underground parking. Especially, for winter. ??. It’s close to everything, I can’t complain. My insurance went down $400. Yays! ??

I have lived here about 14 years. The managemnt is very good and does a good job dealing with issues that come up. I like them.

We have lived here 3 months and really enjoy it. The people weve met are friendly.

I have been here 20 years, in two different buildings. I think this management company is doing things to update and improve the property.

I have lived here nearly 20 years, in the same apartment that I took excellent care of. About a year and a half ago, because of updates being done to my apartment and building I was told I would have to move to another apartment building. I had no choice in the matter, even though I said that I could live with family while my apartment was being updated, as I liked that apartment and location. The apartment and building I was moved to has a supposedly updated appliances, but has beaten up door frames, bathroom vanity, old faucets, etc. Very different from what I'd taken such good care of in my previous apartment for years. So this has been a disappointment. I do like the rest of the community: the location, the upkeep of the grounds, the staff.

The Eagan Place apartments are a wonderful place to live! They are in a great location; close to lots of shopping places. The apartments are spacious and are great since the renovations that took place. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly to maintenance issues.

A good place to live in. Close to the highways, plenty of places to dine out, parks within a short walk or drive, quiet. The staff here are amazing. Maintenance always attended to promptly.

Nice place yo live and safe to come home

Resident since june 24. management is very good and accessible. Maintenance is great. location for us is very good. We like the bright, sunny apartment. There are regular activities, but we do not do them. Would recommend to a friend.

This is great place tol live. The maintenace team stay on top all work order requests . The office staff are supportive are more than willing to assists with any requests and help you may need.

I adore living at Buzza! The apartments are so beautiful and spacious. I really love the convenience of having my own washer and dryer in unit. I have wonderful neighbors and the staff here are some of the most sweetest and hardworking people I have ever met ?? ??????. Well done ??

Im so pleased with this apartment i have as well as the complex and the community. From the office staff to our amazing mantence manager Mario. Its a well oiled place to live in and im blessed to call this place home.

Very nice apartments. workout facility is a plus. Underground parking is nice. Only issue is when the new owners took over I was in the process of setting up auto payments. I was a little confused and made a payment on a saturday and wasn't confident the auto pay was set up. To my surprise, my rent was taken out twice from my bank on Monday morning. Bank charged $152 overdraft. I called them and they cut in half. Management here said they would help me out. But nothing was ever done. I was left with a $76 overdraft

Living here made my life easier. Its great apartments with better management
