Very Noisy

Loud neighbors with parties/TV/radio. People leave dog outside barking on balcony. domestic violence calls, people slam doors very hard all day long. Not to mention constant “renovations” that are halfway done for months, no baseboard in hallways, loud workers. Location is good, exercise building is nice which is what they show and push in photos/ tours. Not worth the price. Would not move here if I had to get up early or get kids to bed at a decent hour.
