Convenient Place To Live

The residence is in the midst of a much needed renovation, although the homes are a little more than somewhat manageable to live in. between 1 and 10, I would rate living here a 7.5 / 8 which includes the pros of staff and maintenance, spacious living units, wall and ceiling deco, window landscape view. As far as cons, then pest control needs to be reevaluated although it has recently gotten a little better before the Fall came in. Also utilities are connected to the rent which can be frustrating for those who need to at least secure a home over there head. The weather can be brutal and people are already starting to be weary of renting nowadays. Although things like the flooring, carpet, appliances, cabinets, and air sealing are in need of either urgent or major updates, the staff and maintenance have done pretty much of a good job evaluating and making valuable repairs within their budget or ability. Other than that you may need to do your own research on your needs and wants before moving into anywhere. Everyone is different in their specific needs and wants. Also make sure you can afford it in the long run in order to minimize your worries or assumptions and give you room for clarity on accruing better income as things such as C.O.L.A., and the markets go up or fluctuate over time.
