Valley View has a beautiful location. The neighborhood is very calm and peaceful. The only real amenity is the pool which can only be used in the summer. I do wish we had more amenitys for the price we pay. However staff is nice and attentive and the apartments are very spacious. Love having a four season porch.

Poor maintenance smokers constantly light up within 25 ft of building and not one of your balconies is 25ft away from an operable window as stated in your lease….
