people smoke in apartment, noise alot or do violation of any rule, but management never take strict action.

Lou Park review

Overall it's good but during winter parking is bad. Even you get parking garage then as well you have to walk for it and door might stucked in ice. It's a big struggle and after this when you are paying $40 per month feels expensive and not worth it.
