About 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. It's great for the price with in-unit laundry and location. The area seems quiet from what I've noticed. One complaint is that I can hear people constantly above us, and not because they're loud, it's because the floors/walls are thin. This doesn't bother me personally but is something to be aware of. All the neighbors around us are very kind though! Only other complaint is the AC during the summer isn't the best since it's 1 wall unit. Landlords are super nice, sometimes hard to reach, but this hasn't caused a problem. Compared to other places, I'd recommend this place for sure!

It's a great price for the location in the metro area. Only a 10-minute Uber to DT Minneapolis, 4-minute drive to West End (Cub Foods, Home Depot, Costco, bunch of restaurants) and right off of 394. The area is very quiet and all our neighbors were respectful, even though the walls were a bit thin. The in-unit Washer/Dryer and the renovated kitchen/bathroom were my two selling points when moving in here and continued to be so. A kitchen with nice countertops, appliances and storage was great. Washer and dryer are a bit small but just take your time with it. One negative was the lack of thorough cleaning before moving in. Seemed like it was just a carpet/wall clean and called it a day. Tough at first but got over it. The only other negative is the lack of AC, which is only 1 wall unit in the living room. I suggest getting a small self-AC unit online, especially during the Summer. Watch your electric bill though. Definitely would recommend living here to anyone who wants to live close to Minneapolis. It's a perfect area and a nice apartment!

I have lived in this apartment for 8 years and love it - would highly recommend! I moved in right after graduating college as a single female, and now my husband and I live here. The units are all renovated and we like that it is a small complex. The neighborhood is great and I frequently go on walks and runs alone without any safety concerns. The community grill and patio area is a fantastic ammenity and we utilize the grill often in the summer month - love that it is gas and hardwired to a gas line so it never runs out! Management is very friends, approachable and quick to address maintenance requests and/or any other concerns! The convenience to major highways, downtown, and the west end area is a huge plus! If you are looking for a new apartment check this out - value is great!!

Landlords took over 2 years ago and it seems they want the property to run itself. Will respond and adress bldg issues if they feel it's a problem otherwise no response.
