RENTER BEWARE

if you are ready to hear your neighbors all the time, maybe you could live here. This is what you can expect. Noise travels constantly in this building it’s old it’s falling apart and admin is not doing anything to upkeep it to a proper level. I can hear literally every step that my upstairs neighbors takes so loud. It literally is like a booming sound in my apartment. Not to mention I can hear everyone in the hallway right outside of me above me and below me there is not a single sound that doesn’t seem to make its way into my apartment. People stomp down the hallways all morning long and it literally booms into my bedroom and wakes me up literally every. Single. day. The doors that they have for the apartments are the absolute cheapest door is there possibly could be, there’s not a single door stopper in this entire building all of the doors slam shut and it’s super loud when they slam shut, and everyone lets their door SLAM shut constantly. Get ready to hear doors, slamming definitely in the morning but all day as well at least 10 times a day if not more every single day without fail. You can just go ahead and throw away your alarm clock. You’re not going to need it again you absolutely will wake up every single morning to someone else’s noise in the building. It’s also just a really rundown building, the laundry facilities are really rundown and honestly disgusting. They have kicked on land that has been there forever and this is even after the admin claims that the dryers were “deep cleaned.” Admin is not transparent about the problems in the building, and will never mention to you the noise problems so rentor be warned this building is insanely loud, and you’ll be constantly hearing other people, and I have lived in old buildings before this is the loudest building I have ever experienced, to an absolute miserable point. I sleep with a fan into noise machines, and the noise from the building wakes me up over my noise machines every single morning.
