The property is relatively old, but the rest of it is near awesome. New management is doing a lot of maintenance and renovation work - no major complaints so far.

    2.5/5 Unhappy t. on Dec 29, 2023

Management never tskes care of maintenance problems, we’ve been outta heat for a month, now end of December and management refuses to repair my heater. Building is cold, water seeps through garage floor to underground ground garage and damage cars, garage door scratches the top of cars, the trash is always over spilling, the garage smells, management never answers your request.

Living at the edge of uptown is a amazing experience the staff are friendly the neighbors are Great. I couldn't have chose a better apartment complex.

    4/5 Sophie K. on Sep 30, 2023

I've lived here for 7 months now and so far I enjoy living here. The location was the main reason why I like living here. It's very close to uptown, lake Bde Maka Ska, and other restaurants, parks, I like how the apartment I live in has a dining area for a table. The carpets are okay, not the softest. I do wish I had laundry in my unit but it's down the hall. Only thing I wish was that I could pay for my laundry with my digital wallet instead of having to load ONLY CASH into the laundry card they provide you. I have had great interactions with the staff that work in the leasing office. They are very understanding and willing to find solutions to any issues I bring them. There has been a switch in management a few times since I started but they always find a way to respond to me. The parking underground is very much worth it. I hate shoveling snow off my car while also managing my two year old so the underground parking saves me so much time and gives me a sense of security overnight when my car is out of sight. Overall, its a great place to live and I am wanting to renew my lease!
