I had a few issues with things in my apartment and I requested maintenance , within 10 minutes a knock at door and everything was taking care of within 30 mins top. Always friendly and knowledgeable

Second Glowing Review

This is my second review since moving into 4800 back in July 2019 as I am now in a different unit. Shout out to Wade and Walter for all the quick turnaround on any maintenance request. Michal and Tony in the office are kind and attentive. The location cannot be beat: close to highways, the Mpls lakes, a park and walking areas across the street with plenty of activities for family/friends. Fresh Thyme is right downstairs, and plenty of other shops and Park Nicollet clinics are in the neighborhood, all within walking distance. I am so happy to be a resident at 4800 Excelsior!

This place is home!

Above all else the management team is amazing - they are extremely open and approachable, and always go the extra mile to make you feel like family. The building is up to date, clean, and in a very convenient location. The walls are thick so we never hear our neighbors. The only con would be the gym is not to the fancy level you would expect given the rest of the amenities. All in all, this place is home!
