My first apartment experience

This is my first apartment experience. I’m 62 and was very anxious about moving in. From the start it was easy and comfortable. Jordan was knowledgeable and pleasant when touring us. The application and move in was with Jordan was effortless. To my surprise I am enjoying my new home. I have been here only since Feb 2020, but I feel at ease here. The elevators are always available, the place itself is very clean and looked after. Maintenance is taken care of almost instantaneously. It honestly feels like an apartment family here. When only being here for a few months and the employees know your name, that’s impressive. For being my first apartment, I am fortunate to have chosen 4800. Sharon Cox

Wonderful place to live

We have lived at 4800 Excelsior now for 10 months, and have found the experience delightful. The property is well kept, the staff have consistently been helpful and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is warm and inviting. The organized monthly gatherings have been a very pleasant way to get acquainted with neighbors (as is sharing the grills outside during the summer months). We are very glad we moved here. We love 4800!

We love living at 4800! We did several apartment tours, and nothing compared to 4800. The building, staff, and amenities are incredible. Some of our favorite parts about living here include the community, cleanliness of the building, awesome outdoor space, laid back but also attentive staff, thick walls (no noise issues) and the great parking! The best!

Living at 4800 Excelsior has been such a great experience. They have successfully created a very friendly, warm environment for the residents. We absolutely love our apartment and all that goes with it. We have a special needs child and therefore have special needs as a family. The staff here has been incredibly helpful and accommodating.
