What others love about this property:

Good not great!

I love living at 4800, however, I feel like people pay a lot of money for mediocre amenities. The poolside grill didn't work for months, we were promised a package system when we signed that isn't happening anymore it seems, the gym is sub-par and the hot tub is only open during the summer. The location is unbeatable which is why I'm sure people tolerate more than normal. In addition, I find that "solutions" to problems come at a bigger inconvenience to the residents than the building as they don't want to find alternatives (i.e. the packages being held in the office instead of installing the promised package system, taking away accessible garbages for 1st floor instead of implementing a routine cleaning, not cleaning windows as it's "not in the budget"). It feels like we don't get our bang for our buck. However, the staff is great, the location is prime, & it's not a bad place to live. I would recommend it to people, but with warning of its downfalls.

We have been here since May 2022. The staff has been helpful and welcoming, maintenance and cleaning have been constant and thorough. This is a top-notch building with beautiful amenities and I am proud to bring friends in. If something isn't right, it gets fixed. It is a good value compared to other similar buildings and is the perfect fit for us.

We Love It Here!

We moved in in June of 2022 and we love it here. The staff is attentive, friendly. We have met many like-minded people and feel like we are at home. We have a beautiful unit, have no issues with sound and if something needs help, it gets taken care of asap. The hallways and elevator and public spaces are beautiful and clean. The office staff is smart and accommodating AND we have a grocery and liquor store in house. Who could ask for more!!
