Solid Place

Property manager is great as well as the appartment itself, which includes complementary internet as part of rent. Only dings I would give are open lot parking and laundry that is paid per load, I would prefer it in my unit. Overall the unit great, in an location near many stores and restaurants. Rent is competitive for the area, you won't find a better place for less.

I live there three years and never had any problems with the landlords. They are really nice and helpful, and whenever I needed something fixed they would immediately fix it. The location is great and the neighbors are very quiet. Great price for what you get!

Great Apartment

Landlords are wonderful and so easy to contact, and quick to help and solve any issues. The location is great, love being so close to westend and the highway, but yet it is tucked away in a quiet, residential area. Great value for a nice renovated apartment. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for a reasonable apartment.

1139 Idaho Ave in St. Louis Park

I've been living here about six years. The location is fantastic, residential area yet close to highway, stores nearby, and a very quick trip into downtown Minneapolis. The ownership changed lately, and since then the attention being given to the building and tenants is great. The owners know the tenants by name and pay attention to anything that might be needed to get done. I am glad I live here.
