Great Place to Live - Honest Review

My boyfriend and I have had a great experience living at CPW. Apartment Units - The apartments are very nicely built. Has felt like we are living in luxury at a good price! We have been loving the floor-to-ceiling windows - there is SO much natural light which is an absolute game changer during the long winter months in Minnesota. Maintenance - When anything goes wrong in our unit, maintenance has been very quick and efficient! Amenities - The amenities are a great perk of living here! The golf simulator is great (& was recently updated last year!), the outdoor pool gives you the feel of being at a nice hotel, and the community rooms are spectacular! We only wish the hot tub was available to use year-round and that the workout center was a little more private. Noise - We were lucky enough to be on a higher-level corner unit so we haven't experienced any internal disrupting noises from other tenants. The only downfall has been hearing the construction workers building another apartment right next to CPW, but I would think they will be finished with the building soon. Tenant Parking - Tenant parking is relatively cheap compared to other apartments I have lived in nearby. Covered parking is only $100 for one tenant or $150 for 2 separate parking spaces - such a great deal! Guest Parking - The only pain point for parking has been for our guests, as guest outdoor parking is all the way on the back of the building, which can be confusing to direct them to due to the layout. Our guests have to walk all the way around to the front of the building to be let in - we wish there was a system in the back of the building to let guests in easier! Location - in the heart of West End in St. Louis Park, this location can't be beat! It is conveniently in the heart of everything. Roughly 10 minutes from the suburbs, downtown, uptown, south Minneapolis, and northeast Minneapolis.
