When i moved in the building was brand new. I loved it at first sight. Now in my second year i still love it. I love my apartment. The maintenance people are awesome. The grounds are beautiful. I have referred friends to live here and they are now my neighbors. My little dog, Maple, loves it too.

I've been here a short while and have met some new friends already, the staff is A++++++. The whole staff has a great sense of humor. I'm mad at myself that I didn't find this property sooner with my mom. I'm looking forward to spring so I can walk more.

I have only been here a very short time so I am struggling to find my way around. Each day it gets better tho!! I like the dog park. I haven’t used many amenities yet but the choices are wonderful.

I love living here because everything is so simple. Groceries, gas, alcohol, coffee, everything is within walking distance. Its quiet. Not a lot of amenities that attract loud kids. Just. Simple living.

Good place to live nice people

I have lived in several new apartments - Arris is far and away the most stunning, well built, thoughtfully appointed HOME I have ever lived in. The apartments are so pretty, and - solid - quality construction and beautiful design. The common areas are beyond gorgeous - both inside and out, not to mention, generous. There are endless spaces to enjoy - Zoom rooms, cafe, yoga, outdoor patio, and the 4th floor gathering room is jaw dropping! The staff is kind, helpful, and professional. Absolutely thrilled to have found this gem.

I really enjoyed the quiet and nice view from our apartment patio. The management and maintenance was great and on top of everything, The location is perfect and close to things. My only complaint is that their washers destroyed my 5 brand new bras ripping them up...Things would get caught and torn in the rubber seal, I'm guessing. They're on top of the snow plowing and the school buses drop the kids off at the front entrance.

Since I moved here in 2017, there have been 3 separate Property Companies managing Wayzata Woods. In each case, there have been excellent Property Managers on site to assist renters like myself. Because of this, my time at Wayzata Woods has bee wonderful! Keep up the great work!

I hope you all have a blessed Easter! This noise and parking is really difficult. Bader’s progressive planning comes with a price for me. I know none of you is responsible and your fielding the difficulty I am experiencing but the noise starts extremely early and it is loud. It’s Summer and I have to keep the windows closed??. Walking across the street and not being able to park on my own property due to wanting 100.00 off because I am not getting what I actually signed up for doesn’t seem fair and reasonable. It makes me feel disappointed. I should be able to get 100.00 off my rent and be able to park on my property so I feel safe at least, for all the inconvenience going forward for a long summer. I only gave Staff a 5 because of Jibreel & Ashley, just an FYI. I haven't met the new staff yet so I can't comment on that. Also, I'm glad the emails have become more professional and respectful.

Im so pleased with this apartment i have as well as the complex and the community. From the office staff to our amazing mantence manager Mario. Its a well oiled place to live in and im blessed to call this place home.

I moved in when it was built, and I have only grown fonder and fonder of this place. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the amenities are unmatched. I love the people (the first apartment I've occupied with wonderful neighbors). And the property works hard to keep the community strong by having many events. It's a wonderful energy here.

My partner and I have lived here for almost 3 years now and have enjoyed the quiet of the location and cheerfulness of the staff and residents.

Maintenance is swift and responsive. The property rests next to a marsh so a majority of traffic and city life sounds are limited. There's a gated pool, a playground, and lots of grounds for dogs to play. AND it's quite affordable! We are so happy to live here!
