Frustrating

We enjoy the building and our neighbors but it has been very frustrating waiting for them to complete the building. When we first moved in, we were told it would be completed by early March. I would be surprised if they are finished by May 1st. One of the big reasons we chose this apartment complex was because of the golf simulator. We asked management about the completion of that about three weeks ago. We were told that the setup was complete but they need to add wifi. It is still not available for use. It should not take 3 weeks to set up wifi in one room for one device. Communciation has also been poor from the management office. Our mail is still not set up and important letters have been lost in the mail because of this. We have tried multiple times to resolve the issue with our mailbox and have been told they will call us back but they do not.
