This building is surrounded by drug addicts, homeless people. The maintenance department doesn’t pick up after themselves and they don’t clean on a regular basis. What they do clean is not really cleaned.

I enjoy living here everyone is very friendly. The building manager is always on hand if I have a question.

I have lived here for more than a year. What I like about the apartment is its location. It is close to all kind of stores. What I don't like is the maintenance part, once you complain about something they don't reply quickly. They must improve.
