sometimes my packages are open by someone else?

the last year it seems that people let plastic bottles in the little lake at the front of the building. Washer machines are broken all the time. Personal packs are opened even though the name is printed.

You get what you pay for quality with a nice location.

Place is old and it shows, and they dont really update or maintain anything in apartments without explicitly asking for it, to the point where many parts of my apartment definitely show their age with paint missing, scratches, stains etc. That said its a comfortable, mostly quiet place for cheap in a great location, would recommend if you can overlook the above.

A quiet place with good maintenance

Close to the river. With good access to recreations. A quiet place to live. In the heart of MPLS but feels like in the suburban. The management is good. The on-site manager is pretty responsive. They turn on heat early and turn it of late!
