I know none of you is responsible and your fielding the difficulty I am experiencing but the noise starts extremely early and it is loud. It’s Summer and I have to keep the windows closed??. Walking across the street and not being able to park on my own property due to wanting 100.00 off because I am not getting what I actually signed up for doesn’t seem fair and reasonable. It makes me feel disappointed. I should be able to get 100.00 off my rent and be able to park on my property so I feel safe at least, for all the inconvenience going forward for a long summer. Only issue is when the new owners took over I was in the process of setting up auto payments. I was a little confused and made a payment on a saturday and wasn't confident the auto pay was set up. To my surprise, my rent was taken out twice from my bank on Monday morning. Bank charged $152 overdraft. I called them and they cut in half. Management here said they would help me out. But nothing was ever done. I was left with a $76 overdraft

Anonymous on Apr 18, 2024We enjoy the building and our neighbors but it has been very frustrating waiting for them to complete the building. When we first moved in, we were told it would be completed by early March. I would be surprised if they are finished by May 1st. One of the big reasons we chose this apartment complex was because of the golf simulator. We asked management about the completion of that about three weeks ago. We were told that the setup was complete but they need to add wifi. It is still not available for use. It should not take 3 weeks to set up wifi in one room for one device. Communciation has also been poor from the management office. Our mail is still not set up and important letters have been lost in the mail because of this. We have tried multiple times to resolve the issue with our mailbox and have been told they will call us back but they do not.
